Custom products

Our custom products are made specifically to your specifications. By starting an order for a custom product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:

No Returns or Exchanges: Custom products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Approval of Design: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, proofs, or specifications before production. We are not liable for errors once you have provided approval.

Sizing: Sizes may vary slightly due to manufacturing and production methods. Upon request, we will provide a size chart for reference; however, even size charts may have minor differences depending on production batches. If no request for a size chart is made, we will follow the standard sizing conventions of the country from which the order is placed.

Mock-Ups & Product Representation: Digital mock-ups are provided for preview purposes only. The final product may differ in color, scale, or logo / pattern placements due to fabric, printing, or embroidery processes. Mock-ups are not exact photographs of the finished item, therefore details can differ and are intended only as visual guides.

Production Time: Custom products may have longer processing and delivery times compared to standard products. Estimated timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed. We have a longer process in order to create the best result for our customers that may result in delays if we do not achieve the results we want. While we make every effort to meet estimated production and delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, shipping delays, natural disasters, or technical issues. Anaconda Armwrestling Equipment is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from such delays. Please see our Refund Policy for more information. 

Intellectual Property: By submitting designs, logos, or text, you confirm that you have the right to use such content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights. You grant us a license to use this content solely for fulfilling your custom order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anaconda Armwrestling Equipment from any claims, damages, or losses arising from alleged or actual infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing User Content that may violate third-party rights.

Care Instructions: Custom products may require specific care to preserve their quality. We will provide care guidelines where possible; however, if a guideline is missing, it is your responsibility to inquire. We are not liable for damage caused by missing or improper care instructions.

Design Process & Changes

We include up to three (3) revisions free of charge for each custom item, including all customizations or adjustments. If we are to design a new logo or modify your existing one, that is free up to 3 revisions.

Additional Revisions: Any revisions requested beyond the three included will incur a fee of $30 per revision.

Post-Approval Changes: Once a design has been reviewed and approved by the customer, any changes requested afterward will incur a fee of $50 per change and may result in production delays.
