Rolling Handle

This rolling handle has plenty of different usages. You can attach it to a cable machine and use it as a lats exercise with emphasis on your fingers or you can cup it with immense pressure on your fingers! A third alternative would be to attach it to a Loading pin and use it a one handed deadlift!
