We strive to give our customers the highest of satisfaction, with this comes unrivaled quality. We try to avoid 3D printing as much as possible, some items are very hard shapes to mold which is why we have instead chosen 3D printing. Our items are heavy and robust and have a good feeling to them!

Returns & Exchanges

Simply contact us here and tell us about your problem(s), make sure to read our refund policy before sending us to make the process easier. 

We have a 30 day refund policy. Your item has to be in the same condition as you recieved it in, to read in detail about it press here!

Shipping

Depending on location, 5 - 12 days!

Once the order is placed, we have to pack and send it to our shipping company. At their warehouse they will scan and relabel the package which is when the tracking number is created. This is when you will recieve an email with tracking info from us. This typically takes a few days. But do not worry, your package is processed and shipped from our warehouse typically within 24 hours.

Our shipping is based on how heavy a product is, the total then amount to weight of all products you have added.
